Our niece...Harper Ann

We have a niece!!! Rob and I got to meet our sweet niece....our first niece....this past weekend. And what a wonderful weekend it was. I have lots of pictures on my cell phone that I wanted to post so I just emailed them to myself, but they aren't downloading. Dangit. Oh well...guess I will just have to do TWO Harper posts. :) This post will have all the ones I took on my nice camera, and the next post will have the ones from my phone.

Without further ado....our sweet, beautiful niece, Harper.





Watching Rob with Harper just melted me. He was so enamored with her. Every time anybody else would hold her, Rob would stand right next to them asking to hold her next. Pretty sure the passing Harper rotation went something like this: Rob Sr.-Robby-Ann-Robby-Charlie-Robby-Ruth-Robby-Paul-Robby-Charlie-Robby-Charlie-Robby"...ok...so maybe I got a lot of turns, too. :)







She is even cute when she cries.
 

I wish I would have spent more time editing out that sunbeam on her forehead...oh, well. Too cute not to post. :)




They're home!




We waited extra long to see them come home so we only had two minutes to take a few quick pics before we had to get on the road. And when I say two minutes...I mean TWO minutes. I think I got about twenty pictures that weren't blurry and didn't have a hand in them. Here were some of my favorites. :)





You can see a hand reaching in to tame her mohawk. There is NO taming this girl's mohawk. :) Love it.















And one last picture...I think she was saying "No more pictures, Aunt Charlie!" Sorry Harper...you have a lifetime of me taking your picture ahead of you. :)
